I’ve always been someone who is sensitive to energies, emotions and what is going on around me. During a trip to Mexico in 2017 I met my Reiki Master, Violeta, and I found the missing tool for how to support and balance my own energy, and I learnt how to share this practice with others too. Reiki is an amazing tool for healing, relaxation and self-care which anyone can learn how to do. You can do self treatments or give/receive treatments with other people too. As I progressed through the different levels of Reiki training I watched with amazement as my hobby turned into my job, and I am incredibly grateful to now teach Reiki courses and give Reiki treatments as my full-time work in Berlin (and online).
